Our experience with apex appliance was the best we have experienced.  We put in a call and he immediately called us back and came out the next morning.  He needed to pick up a part and said he would be back in the evening. He returned and put in the part.  Mike was very friendly and we will not hesitate to give our friends a referral.  Good experience all around.
